Coming soonAdministration
Otto The Scheduler
Books the meeting without the six emails.
Finds the slot, drafts the invite, and moves it when someone cannot make it.
Coming soon. This agent is not live yet. The order we build in is set by which clients are waiting — so if this is the one you need, saying so genuinely moves it up.
What it does
- Finds mutually free time
- Drafts and issues invites on approval
- Handles reschedules
What it never does
- Accepts a meeting on your behalf
Works with
- Google Calendar
- Microsoft 365
Sold to
- Accounting practices
- Management companies
- Insurance brokers
Entitlements are enforced server-side on every request, not by hiding menu items. A firm that has not bought an agent has no screen for it at all.
