Creates, sends and manages invoices — from a sentence.
Tell Otto what to bill and for whom, in plain language, from the app or from Telegram. The Invoicer drafts it into your real accounting system, brings back the invoice number, and shows you the whole record before anything is sent.
What it does
- Drafts invoices from a plain-language request
- Reads the customer, line items, quantity, rate, tax and discount out of what you wrote
- Creates the draft in your ledger and returns the real invoice number
- Updates an existing invoice in place, keeping the same number
- Offers a credit note or a corrected invoice when the original is locked
What it never does
- Sends an invoice to your client without you pressing send
- Deletes and recreates an invoice when you asked for an update
