Assembles the CDD file and prepares the risk assessment for sign-off.
The single most carefully bounded agent in the product. It gathers the documents, runs licensed screening, and pre-populates your board-approved risk matrix with every weighting visible. Then it stops. Your MLRO assigns the rating, because an FSC inspector will ask who did.
What it does
- Assembles the complete CDD file and lists what is missing
- Runs sanctions, PEP and adverse media through a licensed provider
- Pre-populates the CRA matrix from your own documented methodology
- Shows the scoring arithmetic line by line — Seychelles +3, PEP +5
- Produces an inspection pack: documents, rationale, adjudications, trail
What it never does
- Assigns a final AML risk rating — that is the MLRO's, always
- Adjudicates a screening hit
- Generates a score from a model rather than your matrix
